Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and from time to time you may have to postpone or cancel your appointment. As a courtesy, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice of postponement or cancellation of appointments to avoid a fee. Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the original appointment. For no show appointments, a no show fee of 100% of the original appointment will be required to be prepaid in order to rebook in. is. Salon reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit to be paid for some services and appointments.
