Hi there! I'm Miranda, the heart and soul
behind Serenity Space.

My journey to healing and self-discovery began with a personal battle of multiple eating disorders (if you can think of it, I probably had it) that lasted eight long years. It left me feeling trapped, lost, shameful and disconnected from myself and my body. But amidst the darkness, I discovered a glimmer of hope—a realization that I needed to dig deep, focus on my self-worth, and heal my relationship with food and my body.

Through sheer determination and unwavering self-compassion, I slowly pieced myself back together. This transformative experience ignited a passion within me to share my healing process with others who may be fighting a similar battle. I opened up about my struggles on YouTube, hoping to help even just one person feel less alone. The support and connection I received from my community showed me the importance of raw vulnerability and the need to shed light on the hidden struggles of eating disorders.

 

My mission is to create a safe and loving support system for every woman who seeks healing through Serenity Space. I'm here to tell you that recovery is possible, that food freedom is within reach, and that self-love is the key to unlocking your best life.
